My gate won't close, what can I do?

Check your photoeye, check your Knox switch, make sure your latch code is disengaged.  If these are not the issues, than you might have a faulty component.

My gate is not opening when I use my remotes, what can I do?

First check the remote battery.  If the remote is working, your radio receiver may have failed and  will need replacing?

My gates did not open and the power is out, what can I do?

Your battery backups may be faulty and/or your system is not set for Fail Safe.  You can open your gate manually following owner's manual instructions.
